Zhejiang Chengtai Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. is a joint stock company that is reformed from Hangzhou Chemical Machinery Factory. It is situated in Tianzihu Industrial Park, Anji County, Zhejiang Province. It occupies an area of more than 100mu, with building area of 30,000 square meters. There are more than 190 employees, and over 50 of which are engineering technicians, and over 30 are welding workers with work permits.

 

The company is a holder of A1, A2 level pressure vessel design and manufacturing license and B level boiler manufacturing license. It has passed the ISO9001:2008 certification. The annual output of pressure vessels is 8,000 tons. The company owns welding equipment such as narrow gap submerged-arc welding, surfacing with band-electrode, automatic submerged arc welding, argonaut welding, and automatic plasma welding; has inspection equipment such as ray, ultrasonic survey, magnetic survey, and chemical analysis; towers, reactors, heat exchangers storage vessels and other large-scale pressure vessels.

 

From the 1980s, the company was one of the few enterprises with III type pressure design and manufacturing qualifications in Zhejiang Province. It has independently designed and manufactured 120M2 continuous vacuum dumping tray type filter, which is the largest equipment for separating phosphoric acid and ardealite in phosphoric acid extraction process; has designed and manufactured extracting tank, which is main production equipment for Wahaha children's nourishing oral liquid and Chinese herbal preparation of Beijing Tongrentang. Our sodium silication reaction kettles are used by Whitecat, Cnnice, and other well-known detergent manufacturers, and they are exported to Korea, Italy, Indonesia, and other countries. The company is the long-term supplier of DTP, Shenhua Group, Wuhuan Technology, HQCEC, CNOOC, and other large-scale petrochemical enterprises. In recent years, the company has successively designed and manufactured various types of reaction kettles, heat exchangers and other products for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and other international well-known enterprises, and it is highly praised by clients for reliable quality and timely delivery.
